The Direct Payments Payroll Service (established 1994) has been providing this essential service to D P Support Teams and their clients since 1996.
Our most popular service is the Complete Payment Service where we pay carers by BACS direct into their bank accounts and we pay any taxes due on the due date, to prevent penalties and fines from HMRC.
This makes the regular checks by D P Support Teams easier to carry out, and relieves the client of any worries about writing cheques.
Payrolls are usually run at four-weekly intervals, to coincide with Local Authority payments. They can however be run monthly or weekly if preferred.
Detailed reports (including payslips) are provided for users, and copies of the reports can be sent to D P Support Teams, if required, at no extra charge. Time sheets, designed to conform to local DP requirements are sent to users about one week before the payroll run is due.
For this essential service, help is always available for D P Support Teams and clients by telephone from the client’s personal Payroll Manager, whose name and email address is advised when an account is opened.
Help and advice is always freely available for D P Support Teams and Packs with all appropriate forms for clients to complete and return direct to us are provided to DP Support Teams.
